We were house hunting for our very first new house and were fortunate to meet Annie Evans at the

right time! She was showing a house that had a lot of the features we were looking for. She was

personable, sincere and best of all not pushy. We liked her instantly!

When we started the process of selling our home of 38 years, Annie made it so easy for us. She

gave us recommendations to prepare our house for showing and she thoroughly explained the steps and

paper work involved.

When our house sold after the very first showing, she guided us through closing and made

Dawn is a remarkable real estate agent. She's honest, REAL, easy to talk with, explains things VERY well, and answers text messages immediately! She was there for us every step of the way, and went overboard hiring her own electrician when our inspection came back with a small problem.
